Dan Kleinman weighs in
In case any of you haven't seen, Dan Kleinman AKA "SafeLLibraries" has joined us and has been commenting on this thread. This is as close as we will probably ever get to Ginny Maziarka defending her own views, so please take this opportunity to talk to Dan. Maybe he can answer why Ginny tags post about the local YA librarian with "gayporn".

ReplyDeleteGinny using the name "non-censor" to edit the page and you editing it without some kind of public notice in the paper is some pretty covert shit, wouldn't you say Dan?

ReplyDeleteCut it out, it is not defamatory. I'd ask you to read the response from CafePress anytime you feel you are being defamed.
ReplyDeleteAnd by the looks of that Dan, you so graciously revealed your conflict of interest on August 20th - after you realized you'd been found out.

ReplyDelete"After you realized you'd been found out"
ReplyDeleteYou do not understand Wikipedia. I had informed people long ago on my User page. When it became a concern on the specific West Bend page, I posted a message there as well. Both are in full compliance with the rules on Wikipedia.
"Your leaving the defamatory material on your blog may make you complicit in the defamation."
ReplyDeleteNo. Any lawyer (cough) would know that a blog has Section 230 protection.
I'll save the owner of this blog the trouble. How is this Dan?
ReplyDeleteFYI - Dan Kleinman is the user "LegitimateAndEvenCompelling" on Wikipedia who also likes playing with the West Bend page. He fancies himself a "WikiPublicist" when he isn't protecting the children of the universe the porn pushed by the ALA.
His website is here, and the address matches up with the address he gives on his "SafeLibraries" page. Totes same dude.
